A year long consulting project with Goodrich dove into their existing use of Social Media and mapped a new strategy.

From a series of anonymous employee surveys determining how they were already using Social Media in ways the company was not aware of, to the creation of a structure that satisfied both the legal department of a large conservative organization and the needs of Marketing, this project covered every aspect of Social Media use. In addition to new strategies and structures this project included developing a series of workshops and assets for Social Media use and training.
